公司有五轴加工中心、烧结炉、中频炉、台式炉、立铣、车床、磨床共30余台，能够满足36寸以下各型钢体PDC 钻头、胎体 PDC 钻头、复合钻头、双心钻头的生产，年产能超2000只。

Tdrill Bits has more than 30 sets offive-axis machining centers,sintering furnaces,intermediate frequency furnaces,desktop furnaces,end mills,lathes and grinding machines,which can meet the production of various types of steel PDC bits,matrix PDC bits,hybrid bits and Bi-center bits below 36 inches.The annual production capacity is more than 2000 units.

Utilizing the IDS system to optimize teeth layout,hydraulic,and imbalance forces,our five-axis machining center ensures the precision of teeth holes.Furthermore,high-strength welding rods are employed for surface reinforcement to meet the individualized requirements of our customers.

The matrix body PDC bit not only applies the IDS system to optimize    the    tooth    arrangement,hydraulic,and    mechanical models but also uses advanced matrix body formulations to ensure the  strength  of  the  bit  body.The  high-precision  and  high-performance rubber mold guarantees the accuracy of the tooth holes and crown shape of the matrix body PDC bit,meeting the high-quality customization needs of domestic and international customers.

公司拥有重载切削试验机、落锤冲击试验机等，建立了完备的复合片室内性能测试评价体系，与钻井现 场形成“新型产品跟踪-室内性能筛选-现场应用反馈-形成应用指南”闭环管理体系，为金刚石钻头提供多 样化、高性价比的复合片选用方案。

Tdrill Bits has heavy-duty cutting testing machines,drop hammer impact testing machines,etc.,and has established a complete indoor performance testing and evaluation system for composite chips.It has formed a closed-loop management system with the drilling site,which includes "new product tracking,indoor performance screening,on-site application feedback,and formation of application guidelines",providing diversified and cost-effective composite chip selection solutions for diamond drill bits.
