公司有硕博士研究生、高级工程师等研发人员20余名，建立了全钻头破岩实验、单元机理实验、关键材料性能检测，以 及钻头个性化设计、破岩仿真、钻柱动力学等测试平台与分析评价技术。同时，与西南石油大学成立产学研工程技术中心，与 苏州大学、成都理工大学等院校建立深入合作关系，与油气、地热、煤层气等研究院所开展长期技术交流。公司已获授权专 利、软件著作权及商标30余项。
